We stand behind our products and services!  In the event you are unsatisfied with your order, please read the information below and call us immediately at (866) 997-3073.

Shipping

Orders ship by the next business day and will arrive within 2-7 business days.  $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping applies only to the contiguous United States.  Shipping outside the contiguous 48 states will be calculated.  Please be sure to select International USPS and the corresponding country for international shipments, or select USPS and enter your zip code for AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.  Be sure to click the 'Update' button when your information is complete.  Failure to select the proper shipping method will delay order processing until the entire shipping charge has been paid.

Security

We care about the security of your personal information.  For secure transactions, look for "https:" in the address bar of our cart browser before entering any personal information.  We offer secure credit card billing through Authorize.net, a trusted online billing company. We chose to use their online billing service based on their record of reliable service and great customer support. You can rest assured that your credit and personal information will not be jeopardized in any way. If you suspect a problem with our ordering system, we urge you to contact us immediately.

 

Return Policy

We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.  A full refund, minus our shipping cost to the customer, will be credited provided merchandise is returned in “like new” unused and clean condition with the original packaging, manuals, and accessories.  Please contact us before shipping.  Return shipping will be paid by the customer.  Upon receiving the returned item, the product will be inspected and the refund made at that time.  This policy does not apply to consumable products such as coffee, tea, special orders, or cups.  The cost of promotional products included with your product (i.e. coffee) will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Shipping DamagePlease inspect the package when it arrives.  If there is visible damage to the exterior of the package, note this to the delivery person and ask for a damage claim form.  FedEx may be reached at (800) 463-3339.  Keep all packaging and pieces for further inspection and please call us within 5 days so that we may assist you in the claim.  We make sure that our products are shipped new in perfect condition with proper packaging materials. Function ProblemsIf you believe your Balancing Siphon is not functioning properly, please call us for technical support.  In the event that you wish to return an item for this reason, you must ship the item to us for inspection within 30 days of the package delivery.  If the problem is caused by manufacturer defects, we will ship a new replacement product to you along with coffee to express our apologies.  If it is found that the product is not functioning properly due to misuse, neglect, damage caused by customer, etc. the cost of repairs including labor and parts will be charged to the customer as well as any shipping costs and cost of promotional included products.  The returned item must include original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Privacy PolicyYour privacy is important to us, and we take it very seriously.  Contact information including e-mail address, telephone number, address, etc., will be used solely for the purpose of completing the order.  Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing addresses are used solely to bill the customer for their order.
